A Week in Review and A Look Ahead....


B – (Body) – Stronger and tighter everyday!
L – (Learning) – I can do anything if I put my mind to it!  Your coaches? – They are there for me and give me positive reinforcement every workout!    Your team?  - We are there for each other and together we can succeed!
O – (Observations) – Make a plan with small “step goals” and anything is possible!
G- (Goals) – Being several dress sizes smaller since I started boot camp on May 1st!
S – (Set your week's goals and plan you week) – Goals for the week:  (1) pack my meals and snacks, (2) watch my calories and (3) workout at least five times!

  1. Congrats on dropping a few dress sizes Wanda! Sometimes we don't realize how much we have lost in terms of inches until we start trying on clothes we used to think would never fit. Be proud of your accomplishments and way to stay motivated each week!!
